Cancellation Policy

Billing & Payment - Full payment is required before image delivery - Pay online or Interac e-Transfer to clyinca@gmail.com and notify us upon payment. Travel Fees - We cover the GTA, Peel, York (expect Georgina & Est Gwillimbury), and Durham(Pickering, Ajax, Whitby). Additional fees may apply for remote locations. - Enter the address when booking, we will contact you regarding travel fees. Turnaround Time - Photos: 24 hours - Videos & other media: 24-48hrs Additional Fees - Clients cover parking fees (up to $20). Receipts will be provided upon request Hosting Fees - Matterport 3D tour: Free for first 2 months, $15/month thereafter - Photo Galleries, video & property site: Free for 1 year, 10/month thereafter Cancellation - Free cancellation 24 hours in advance - Late cancellation within 24 hours will occur $25 fee License - Photos are for MLS listings and agents self promotion only. - Additional fees apply for other uses. Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds for our service. Accuracy Disclaimer - We aim for accuracy but are not responsible for slight color variations or floorplan differences. Property Condition - Clients, realtors or owners are responsible for providing a clean and ready condition when the photographer arrives. Liability - AT Studio is not liable for indirect damage or losses to the property. - Clients agree to indemnify AT Studio and its contractors from any claims. Change to terms and conditions - AT Studio have the right to update terms and conditions anytime.
